This Promo CD is the standard European release that has Israeli (Hebrew) writing and pictures printed on the disc. Seen on this disc is the writing "פרומו" which translates to "promo" and "ישראל" which translates to "Israel".

The Japanese Sample is identical to the official release with the exception of the pink promo sticker on the back inlay and the CD has the word SAMPLE printed in black around the inner ring.
The Japanese version also includes two bonus tracks not included on other standard issues, these are "Cloudburst" and "Sad Song"

The Japanese Sample is identical to the official release (also seen here) with the exception of the yellow promo sticker on the back of the sleeve and the CDs have the word SAMPLE LOANED printed in orange around the inner ring.
